SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We offer various types of delivery methods determined by the products in your order. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or to US addresses at this time.
Note: Multiple-product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order.
Please provide a street address for delivery when ordering.

SMALL or LARGE PARCEL
Smaller items (e.g. decorative/bath accessories or serving pieces) will be delivered via Canada Post or our courier partner.
Small and Large Parcel will be shipped by Purolator using either PuroPost through Canada Post or PuroGround. If a Canada Post package cannot be delivered, Canada Post will leave notice so you can pick up at a local facility. If a PuroGround package cannot be delivered, the courier will leave a notice indicating where you can pick up at your local depot or you can request re-delivery.
SMALL FURNITURE + LARGE RUGS
Small furniture and larger household items are delivered to your home by our home-delivery partner. This service will deliver your items into your room of choice except for in select country/ remote locations. Following the placement of your order, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 12-15 days from the date of order (for in-stock items) to receive this call. Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames, install lighting or re-arrange furniture.
WHITE GLOVE IN-HOME DELIVERY
For White Glove Delivery items, we employ a more specialized delivery service, except in select country/ remote locations. Your furniture may arrive pre-assembled and repackaged for safe transit. Items are carefully carried into the room of your choice, unpacked, fully assembled and all packaging is removed from your home and responsibly recycled whenever possible. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames, install lighting or other electronic equipment.
Following the placement of your order, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 12-15 days from the date of order to receive this call. Typically the delivery date offered will be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas.
NOTE: We are unable to provide our White Glove Delivery service to some areas. For more details, see the Delivery Charge Tables below, or contact us.
Once your order has been fulfilled (for in-stock items allow 5-7 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email), it will ship to you according to the following timetable:

Standard Truck and White Glove delivery is not available to all postcodes. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will get a message stating that only Parcel Courier is available at this moment.
*Please note that Made to Order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Below is an outline of the delivery fees, based on smaller, in-stock merchandise using Canada Post.
Charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to weight
During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required
For delivery of large furniture pieces and certain other oversized items we employ the specialist services of our White Glove Delivery freight partner. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery.
Larger accessories such as clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs under 9' x 12' can be shipped by Canpar Courier. The shipping cost is calculated based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm, within 3 to 8 business days.
Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Smart Spot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a Smart Spot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.
Please see Canpar's Smart Spot for pick-up locations if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery. If you are not situated near a Smart Spot, please see Canpar's Terminal Locator to locate your nearest Canpar terminal should the delivery be unsuccessful.
STORE PICK UP
You can also arrange to pick up smaller items at the store and save on shipping costs. Your item(s) will be available to pick up 10 business days after your order has been processed. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you choose to pick up eligible items from the store, please bring an extra person to support you in loading your vehicle, for larger sized or heavy items.
BACK ORDER - Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
PRICES - All prices quoted online exclude taxes, shipping and delivery charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Delivery is only available within Canada at this time. Only customers with a Canadian billing address can purchase from this website.

OUR RETURN POLICY
You can return eligible items for a refund of the purchase price within the following time frames: (a) 30 days of receiving an order, and (b) for items from your These Four Walls retail registry, within 90 days from the date of purchase or your event date, whichever date is later. For in-store purchases, an original receipt or gift receipt is required. Made to Order items and other customized items are not eligible for returns. If we shipped the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days. Please review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before purchasing any item.
WAYS TO RETURN
Return by Post - Start the process through your account profile. If you checked out as a guest, please call Customer Care.
Returns by Phone - Please call Customer Care to initiate a return. Note that the return process for all furniture items must be started by calling Customer Care at 204.452.5786.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective:
Made to Order or other customized items, including custom rugs and furniture
Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Original Receipt for In-Store Purchases - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Cash Refunds over $100 (other than those refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit) - will be issued as a company cheque and mailed to you, which may take up to 14 business days.
Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
