SHIPPING + DELIVERY
These Four Walls offers various types of delivery methods determined by the products in your order. At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses within Canada. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or to US addresses.
Multiple-item orders are charged according to overall weight and size. Products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee, per order.
Please provide a street address for delivery when ordering. Customers purchasing larger items will be notified directly to discuss the best delivery method, as outlined further below.
TYPES OF DELIVERY

3. White Glove In-Home Delivery
Smaller items, such as decorative accessories, bath accessories and serving pieces, will be delivered via Canada Post or one of our courier partners, if desired.
Small parcels will be shipped through Canada Post or Purolator’s PuroGround service. If a Canada Post package cannot be delivered, Canada Post will leave notice so you can pick up at a local facility. If a PuroGround package cannot be delivered, the courier will leave a notice indicating where you can pick up at your local depot or you can request re-delivery.
FURNITURE + LARGE PARCEL
Furniture and larger household items will be delivered to your home by one of our home-delivery partners. This service will deliver your items into your room of choice. You will be contacted by phone following the placement of your order to arrange a suitable time for receiving this delivery. Please allow 2-3 days from the date of order to receive this call. The delivery date offered will typically be within 5 days of your call for metro deliveries and up to 14 days for all other areas. Please note that this type of service does not include unpacking or assembly/ installation of fixtures (i.e. curtain hardware), art hanging, attaching of headboards to existing bed frames, installation of lighting or re-arranging of furniture.
WHITE GLOVE IN-HOME DELIVERY
Our white glove delivery employs a more specialized service. Your furniture may arrive pre-assembled and repackaged for safe transit or may arrive in its initial packaging. Items are carefully carried into your room of choice, unpacked and be fully assembled. All packaging is then removed from your home and responsibly recycled whenever possible. Please note that we are unable to hang art or install fixtures (e.g. curtain hardware), attach headboards to existing bed frames, install lighting or other electronic equipment. This service may also not be possible in select remote locations.
You will be contacted by phone to arrange white glove delivery following the placement of your order. Please allow 3-4 days from the date of your order to receive this call, for any behind the scene arrangements to be made first. Typically, the deliver date will be within 5 days of this call for metro areas and up to 14 days for all other regions. We are unable to provide our White Glove Delivery Service to select country or remote locations. For more details please contact us.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order and custom-made pieces require additional time for production and delivery. You will be contacted directly once your order has been placed to discuss timelines and the best delivery option for your item(s). Please allow 3-4 days following placement of your order to receive this call.
*Please note that Made-to-Order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING RATES + LOCATIONS
Please refer to the attached Canada Post 2019 Price Guide below for an estimated delivery cost of smaller, in-stock merchandise using Canada Post.
Charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to weight.
During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
All transit times listed are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
For delivery of large furniture pieces and certain other oversized items we employ the specialist services of our White Glove Delivery freight partner. You will be contacted by phone to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery.
IN-STORE PICK UP
You can also arrange to pick your order up at the store and save on shipping costs. Your order will be available for pick up a maximum of 5 business days after your order has been placed. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
For larger size or heavier items, please bring an extra person to support you in loading your vehicle, if choosing the in-store pick up option.
Larger accessories such as clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs under 9' x 12' can be shipped via Sierra Courier or through Canada Post. The shipping cost is calculated based on merchandise total and weight. Orders couriered via Sierra Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm, within 3 to 8 business days.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS - Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email.
PRICES - All prices quoted online exclude taxes, shipping and/or delivery charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Delivery is only available within Canada at this time. Only customers with a Canadian billing address can purchase from this website.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Eligible items purchased online and in-store can be returned or exchanged for the purchase price, within the following time frames: (a) within 7 days of purchasing in-store (b) 30 days of receiving an online order (c) Gift Registry (coming soon!) - within 90 days from the date of purchase or your event date, whichever date is later. For in-store purchases, an original receipt or gift receipt is required. Made-to-order items and other customized items are not eligible for returns. If we shipped the wrong product or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days. Please review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before purchasing any item.

Note…the return process for all furniture items must be started this way.
In-Store Purchases - The original receipt is required. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Gift Receipt - A merchandise credit will be refunded for the amount on the gift receipt.
Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Cash Refunds over $100 (other than those refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit) - will be issued as a company cheque and mailed to you, which may take up to 14 business days.
Purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective:
Made-to-Order or other customized items, including custom rugs and furniture
Final sale or Clearance items
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
